Muka Concepts is a company registered in Indonesia. Our store is located at Pererenan Beach St., No.125 Canggu, 80351 Bali, Indonesia.
When you shop with us (or access our services, apps, and websites (our “Websites”)), these terms apply. They’re important for both of us as they set out what we expect from each other, and they also give you helpful info.
We keep this term page updated, and we amend them ever so often, so remember to check back in before you shop, as the latest set will apply.
To shop with us, you need to:
- be at least 16 years old;
- have a credit or debit card that we accept (see bottom of the page for details of current payment providers); and
- be authorized to use that credit or debit card (e.g. it is in your name or you have permission to use it).
When you place an order, you should receive an acknowledgment e-mail confirming receipt of your order. We only accept your order once payment has been approved and we have debited the payment card.
We will require up to 3 days to assemble your order, provided the correct sizes and colors are in stock.
Full payment is required before shipping. At this time we accept payments via PayPal.
MUKA CONCEPTS reserves the right to change prices of the products listed on our Sites and Apps without prior notice.
Sales prices are final prices.

All international orders are shipped by registered post and are trackable. In order to process your request, we will require your name, full address, and contact phone number. We can’t deliver to a PO Box.
The shipping price depends on the destination and will be added to the final amount of your order at the time of checkout.
Your order is expected to be delivered during 7-14 days depending on the destination. Please, note that due to the current situation the delivery time for some destinations may be extended.
Shipping internationally means that you may be required to pay customs and import taxes. All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country.
Should you require an invoice, MUKA CONCEPTS will include it in your shipment.
Returning an unwanted item?
Should you wish to return your order, please, contact us within 7 days since the day of delivery.
We accept products in their original conditions with the tag still intact and attached to returned items. Item(s) must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
The following items can’t be returned:
- Skincare products (butters, oils, scrubs, serums, etc.)
The customer is responsible for shipping costs, customs, and import taxes for the returned items. We are not responsible for items damaged during shipping. Please, use registered mail to return your order and inform MUKA CONCEPTS of the tracking number to email@example.com.
If you return an item requesting a refund within 7 days of receiving it, we’ll give you a full refund by way of the original payment method.
We aim to refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
